Our restaurant Partage is a friendly place, where you will be surprised by the concept that is proposed.

The meeting between the previous managers of the establishment and Julien Marseault, a Michelin-starred chef, led to the desire to serve dishes as if they were served at home on a special wooden display case, with high-quality cuisine and professional service; the desire to highlight the authenticity that is one of the values of the house.

The “Partage” menu allows you to taste several starters, main courses and desserts and to share them with your guests. Julien Marseault lets his creativity speak for itself as the months go by, changing the dishes so that you can enjoy a maximum of flavours throughout the year.  For your gastronomic pleasure, take the experience a step further by discovering the chef’s Inspiration menu, which he offers in seven dishes.

Partage is the result of three things: a project that has been in the works for a long time, a meeting between three open-minded and gourmet people, and a respected line of conduct.

Partage is a gastronomic restaurant reinvented in all simplicity and efficiency. It takes shape in a place steeped in family history and the transmission of the trade over the generations. The art of entertaining and eating well has been alive and well in these stone walls since 1890, and today they have been redesigned to breathe new life into this beautiful house.

Our restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday lunchtime.

Closed Saturday lunch, Sunday evening and Monday lunch and evening, except for hotel guests.

The bar is open at the same times as the restaurant.
